We collect the following data through our website:

  • Contact form submissions: Name, email address, company name (optional), and project description.
  • Analytics data: We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to collect anonymous usage data including page views, scroll depth, button clicks, and device information. This data is anonymized and cannot identify you personally.
  • Cookies: We use first-party cookies set by Google Analytics for session tracking. No third-party advertising cookies are used.

3. How we use your data

  • To respond to your project inquiries and provide consultation services.
  • To improve our website and understand how visitors use it.
  • To send you project-related communications (only if you've contacted us).

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Data storage & security

Contact form data is stored in Google Sheets within our Google Workspace account, protected by Google's enterprise-grade security. Analytics data is processed by Google Analytics under Google's data processing terms.

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), you have the right to:

  • Access, correct, or delete your personal data.
  • Object to or restrict processing of your data.
  • Request data portability.
  • Withdraw consent at any time.

Contact form data is retained for up to 24 months after your last interaction with us. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' default retention settings (14 months).
